Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented International Marketing Executive to drive business growth in global markets. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and market research, with a focus on B2B sales and digital marketing. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in international business development and strong communication and strategic skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive business expansion by identifying and developing new international markets outside India.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities globally.
  • Initiate contact with prospective international clients through social media outreach, targeted emails, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to support business growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies using online platforms, tools, and market trends.
  • Foster relationships with international stakeholders to promote long-term business collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure successful market campaign.
  • Monitor competitor activities in international markets and recommend proactive strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in lead generation or business development in international markets.
  • Proficiency in using modern marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM tools, email marketing software).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of international B2B sales processes and social selling techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage global clientele professionally.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to market development.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations, documetations and export processes.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
