Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Radadia Engineering mobile app, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is intended for authorized employees, plant users, customers, suppliers, and other business users. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
| Category | Examples | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Account and profile information | Name, email address, phone number, role, department, company or plant assignment | To create accounts, authenticate users, assign permissions, and provide support. |
| Business and service records | Projects, tasks, attendance records, equipment details, enquiries, plant information, job details, contracts, reports, and messages | To deliver the business functions requested by your organization and maintain service records. |
| Location data | Approximate or precise device location at check-in/check-out, and assigned duty-location information | To verify attendance at a designated duty location and identify an out-of-location attendance event. We request location access only when the relevant feature is used. |
| Photos, files, and signatures | Check-in photos, images, PDFs, attachments, and electronic signatures that you choose or are required to submit | To document attendance, project, equipment, enquiry, contract, or task activity. |
| Contacts (optional) | Contact names and phone numbers from your device | Only if you turn on Contact Sync. We use them to sync the business contacts you choose with the platform. Turning it off asks the Service to remove synced contacts from its active list. |
| Notifications and device identifiers | Push-notification token, platform type, notification preferences | To send relevant service, task, project, and account notifications. |
| Technical and security data | IP address, device/browser information, app version, login/session information, and error or diagnostic information | To keep the Service secure, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability. |
Information available to you depends on your account role and the modules enabled by your organization. We may also receive business information about you from your employer, plant administrator, customer, supplier, or another authorized organization using the Service.
